COARSE & CARP FISHING FOR FISHERMAN AND ANGLERS FROM ACROSS SOUTH DEVON AND BEYOND.

If you are a keen carp angler then test yourself against our wonderful lake and see if you can beat our lake record.

Welcome to M and B Fishery, here is a little bit about us, we are situated on the outskirts of Totnes in Devon. We open the fishery to fish through April 1st to October 31st.  We do this to keep the lake under fished and under used for your benefit and our own. The lake is actually bigger than you see in the picture below, what you see there is the middle section of the lake, there is also a deep end and a shallow end.

Carp Fishing Lake South Devon
Coarse & Carp Fisfing for Anglers in Newton Abbot, Torquay, Exeter, Plymouth, Totnes, Bovey Tracey, Paignton, South Hams, Devon.

The three sections of the lake are separated with points which have swims situated on the end of them for your pleasure and our own.  There are also three islands in the lake, one in the shallow end, one in the middle and one in the deep end. The depth of the lake ranges from 3ft in the shallow end to 18ft in the deep end.

The lake is well stocked with a variety of species, the main being carp. We took over ownership of this lake 6 years ago, it had been shut and left to its own devices. Through alot of hours of hard work from me, my wife and our generous friends and family we slowly began to make a dent in the list of jobs to do around the place.  What yous see when you come to fish at M and B Fishery is not just a lake built with hours of devotion, but the love we have for not just the lake but fishing in general.

Throughout the last 6 years the fish in the lake have steadily grown in size, year by year. This means that our lake record is broken year by year. If you think you have what it takes to outsmart our biggest fish and become the lake record holder then come give it a try. The current lake record is sat at 24.4 lb, which was a lovely common carp caught last summer. We look forward to seeing this broken.
